Peanut Butter Acai Bowl

This recipe is a family favorite! It's easy to make, healthy, and ohhh so yummy!


I get almost every single ingredient from Costco. Here's a snapshot of a few items. I buy fresh bananas and freeze them myself. I also buy organic and non GMO when I can - just to be safe - but I don't worry if I can't make that happen.





Peanut Butter Acai Bowl:
1 package of ACAI 
1/2 C frozen berries
1/2 frozen banana
1/4 C greek yogurt
1/4 C peanut butter
1/2 C almond milk

Since this is a bowl, you want it to be a little thick so it's easy to spoon up. You can add more almond milk if you are having trouble blending it. 



Toppings:
Top with whatever you like, but these are my favorite.
Strawberries
Sliced Almonds
Chia Seeds
Unsweetened Coconut

Um, is that not the most perfect little hand pose? He kills me!
